Membership-based care for individuals and families — in-clinic or in-home (availability-based).
Care is led by a board-certified emergency physician. Members do not pay per-visit fees. Additional charges apply only for supplies, medications, or equipment used during procedures (e.g., sutures, breathing treatments, injectable medications, IV fluids) and are discussed before treatment.
Concierge Urgent Care (Members)
- Same/next-day access (availability-based)
- Pediatric-friendly care for common acute illnesses and minor injuries
- Minor procedures: laceration repair, abscess care, splinting
- Breathing treatments when appropriate
- Prescriptions when clinically indicated

Weight Loss & Anti-Aging Oversight
- Physician-led weight management and metabolic optimization
- Medication and lab review (as clinically appropriate)
- Ongoing messaging support for your plan

Physician-administered IV Therapy (Member-only)
Available for eligible members. Physician-administered using conservative protocols. Clinic or in-home (availability-based).
